2023 BRINGS GREAT NEWS FOR AFRICAN RELISH
We are proud to announce a new chapter in our 14-year history. After a two month, high season transition, the venue will be taken over by the Luttig sisters – Madri and Orscilla – effective March 1st 2023. The siblings are the 7th generation of the well-established Prince Albert Luttig family.
SUNNY KAROO HOLIDAYS
Mid summer and the year end holidays are here. We are happy to have had an increase in visitors this year and over the last few weeks a number of international tourists have enjoyed their African Relish experience with a meal at The Chef’s Café, a Foodie Tour and cooking class or stay in our cottages. There have been a few hiccups on the way, our website failing us a few times will need a major overhaul in 2023; the town has had some municipal water issues that have impacted on many in our surrounds; load shedding (thank goodness for our gas cookers and wood fired pizza oven) and issues that challenge the team at times.
AN AUTUMNAL NOTE – UPDATE OF FORTHCOMING EVENTS, COOKING CLASSES & NEWS
We continue hosting groups of cyclists who enjoy the routes in and around Prince Albert, with a bit of food and culture thrown in. We design a cycling experience to suit your level and time.
The Gran Fondo takes place on Saturday 30th April. It starts and ends in our beautiful town, on the main road outside the cooking school. Our Chefs Cafe’ and a special pop up cyclists café will be ready for the cyclists in our cooking school.
