The first weekend of May saw the very successful second Journey to Jazz Festival in a bustling town. African Relish was one of the venues for performances and the popular jamming sessions.
Welcome Winter & Way forward
For those who have not met Michelle, she has been hosting our cooking classes together with Madri and Orscilla over the last year. With guest favourite chef Shane, she will now head up the cooking school. The team look forward to receiving you at African Relish.
Classes run over a half day unless otherwise requested. Our most popular classes are Karoo Tapas and South African Traditional. Visit our cooking course page for alternative menus. We have a minimum class size of two guests and can accommodate groups up to sixteen.
Book your celebration events at www.africanrelish.com or email us at virna@africanrelish.com or call +27 72 582 8749 during South African business hours.
Madri and Orscilla will be hosting some of the weddings we have booked. They bring a very festive, Karoo décor to the occasion if required and are excellent hosts. They have opened a family farm store up the road and we wish them much joy.
Brett Bard from Tortoiseback, along with Jannie and Bigs will start the spring planting in a few weeks and we will hold two nutritional gardening workshops during the summer.
